Booking Terms
- 50% Deposit required within 3 days of booking
- Full Payment required 14 days prior to arrival
- Payment by direct deposit, cheque or Mastercard/Visa (for credit card payments please add an additional 2% of the total payment)
- Cancellations - 10% of the total tariff to be paid if cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival, with the remaining tariff refunded. No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival unless the apartment is rebooked. Then only 10% of the total tariff is payable.
- Bond - $500 for 2 bedroom apartments, $1000 for 3 bedroom apartments, $1500 for 4 bedroom apartments.
